I've been making baklava for friends and family for over 20 years now. I can remember my first tasting of this Greek pastry - I knew it was something I HAD to make!
Baklava is made with phyllo (fill-o) dough, sugar, walnuts, cinnamon, butter and honey. There are other ways to make it but this is my favorite kind to make and eat!
